I just want to sell my products! Can’t someone else just handle the EU part for me?
Selling to the EU doesn’t have to mean dealing with the EU. We’ll handle it —your goods just need to show up.
Reach out early—some product groups we can’t accept, and others might benefit from small adjustments to reduce cost or complexity.
Sell to Europe—without any hassle
If you’re not ready to meet all the formal requirements of selling directly to EU consumers—like getting a VAT ID and filing quarterly returns for the next few years—there’s a simpler way: Make your product available through a European retailer.
This shifts the responsibility to someone local: the retailer becomes the importer of record and final seller. It’s not free—they take on serious paperwork and risk—but for creators, it’s the most hands-off, headache-free way to reach EU backers.
In crowdfunding, it might look like this:
You run your campaign as usual—but instead of shipping to Europe yourself, EU backers receive a voucher to claim their reward from a local store you’ve partnered with once it’s available.
You’re out of the final sale. They’re out of the import process.

I want to reach European backers without filling European taxes or repacking boxes!
Our retail setup makes it simple: if a European backs you, just give them a voucher to our store, where they can buy it locally without the hassle—and you’re done. No extra steps, no extra work. To your EU backers, we’re the seller. You’re still the creator—but as the retailer, we handle most of the paperwork.
This is not a VAT Workaround
It’s how the system is designed to work. Selling directly to EU consumers puts the full burden on creators to meet all market entry requirements—including tax registration, product labeling, safety compliance, and environmental obligations. That’s fair, but tough for a small team halfway across the world.
When your goods are sold through a local retailer like us, those responsibilities shift—because we’re the ones answering to regulators. It’s not a loophole. It’s just how Europe handles accountability.

4. Backers Confirm
Backers use their voucher in our shop to confirm shipping, pay tax (if needed). They get a local EU invoice.
4.5 Add Extras
If backers want to add more, they can add it at checkout. We’ll place a separate order with you and ship everything together.
5. We Ship
Your goods arrive in Vienna. We pack and ship every preorder, handle returns, and support your EU customers start to finish.
Why It Works—Especially for Small Teams
This setup is especially useful for small to mid-sized creators who don’t want to register for VAT just to reach a few dozen EU backers. Quarterly filings, cross-border compliance, product labeling, safety requirements, and customer support—it’s a lot to take on, especially from halfway across the world.
This process may sound like a complication—but it’s actually a simplification. Vouchers operate within a well-defined legal framework, while crowdfunding still presents challenges for many EU institutions. For small creators especially, stepping out of legal grey zones and into a proper framework can make all the difference.
How much does it cost?
Costs & Vouchers
You don’t pay us for services. Instead, you buy vouchers from us after the campaign has successfully funded. These vouchers cover your EU backers’ rewards, paid partly in cash (usually 20–30%) and partly in goods (your product).
If your campaign doesn’t fund, there’s nothing to pay.
The exact ratio depends on your product category, whether any additional compliance work is needed, and whether small extras (like thank-you notes or stickers) are part of your packaging. We’ll provide shipping, tax, and duty estimates in advance—so you can communicate clearly and your EU backers can make informed decisions during the pledge phase.
You can also use our shipping estimator to get get a quick idea of what EU delivery might cost your backers.
We take care of fulfillment, import handling, local tax compliance, payment provider fees, customer service, shipping, packaging—everything involved in delivering a proper retail experience for your EU backers. There are no hidden costs—just the vouchers and, depending on the arrangement, the cost of shipping your goods to Vienna.

Late Pledges, Extras & Upsells
Our store can also generate additional orders—like late pledges or upgrades. We buy those items from you. If the sale happens through our shop, we typically keep 5% more to help cover store operations. We agree on these terms up front—and you can always opt out.
