Your EU contact address needs to remain valid throughout the entire lifecycle of your product—even after you stop selling it. A monthly plan wouldn’t offer the long-term reliability required. A yearly subscription ensures continuous coverage, supports regular check-ins, and allows us to maintain your documentation in case authorities reach out.

We store your safety documentation ahead of time. If an authority reaches out about product safety, we’ll notify you and forward the relevant documents—unless you’ve asked us not to. If the inquiry isn’t safety-related, we’ll simply pass the message along to you.

Yes—within certain limits. We can help you find local templates and provide English translations, especially for common product types. While we don’t offer legal guarantees, we’re happy to refer you to legal professionals if needed.

If you miss a check-in, we’ll send a reminder—and another if needed. We make a genuine effort to reach you, including follow-ups over a reasonable period. If we still don’t hear back, we may need to temporarily suspend your contact address until we can confirm it’s active again. This helps maintain compliance and protects both you and us.

We monitor requests during EU business hours and forward safety-related inquiries within 24 hours.

We can’t serve as your EU contact anymore. You must remove our address from packaging and listings and set up mail forwarding. We briefly keep your documentation in case you renew, then delete it securely.
