Product Safety Regulation Services

For safety documentation, requirements vary by product category. Some cases require legal expertise beyond our scope, but for many products, we can source English translations of templates and processes used by local businesses and creators—making it easy to stay compliant.

For the EU contact address, we offer a service that integrates with our other solutions, providing a reliable EU contact for authorities to access your safety documentation. Pricing depends on how many units you sell in the EU each year. A one-time setup charge of 35€ applies to all new accounts.

F.A.Q.

Your EU contact address needs to remain valid throughout the entire lifecycle of your product—even after you stop selling it. A monthly plan wouldn’t offer the long-term reliability required. A yearly subscription ensures continuous coverage, supports regular check-ins, and allows us to maintain your documentation in case authorities reach out.

We store your safety documentation ahead of time. If an authority reaches out about product safety, we’ll notify you and forward the relevant documents—unless you’ve asked us not to. If the inquiry isn’t safety-related, we’ll simply pass the message along to you.

This applies to most non-food consumer products—especially electronics, toys, household items, and similar goods often sold through crowdfunding or small-scale retail. If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies, feel free to reach out.

Not at all. The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) applies to everyone—whether you sell thousands of units or just a few dozen. Even small-scale sellers are required to list a valid EU contact.

A point of contact is a physical address in the EU that appears on your product or packaging. It allows authorities to request safety documentation if needed. Having a reachable contact is a legal requirement for selling in the EU—and we provide and maintain that address for you.

Yes—within certain limits. We can help you find local templates and provide English translations, especially for common product types. While we don’t offer legal guarantees, we’re happy to refer you to legal professionals if needed.

Because they’re usually not filled out in English. Translating them takes time, so we don’t have every category in English yet.

We send short emails during your subscription with a simple link to confirm you’re still reachable. It’s a quick way to keep your contact status up to date and creates a clear record that you’re complying with EU contact requirements.

If you miss a check-in, we’ll send a reminder—and another if needed. We make a genuine effort to reach you, including follow-ups over a reasonable period. If we still don’t hear back, we may need to temporarily suspend your contact address until we can confirm it’s active again. This helps maintain compliance and protects both you and us.

We monitor requests during EU business hours and forward safety-related inquiries within 24 hours.

We can’t serve as your EU contact anymore. You must remove our address from packaging and listings and set up mail forwarding. We briefly keep your documentation in case you renew, then delete it securely.

Yes, of course you can!

No—this service isn’t legal advice. We’re creators ourselves and focus on helping small businesses meet practical compliance requirements.
Most local small businesses don’t hire a lawyer for this, but they do make sure their safety documentation is complete and accurate. That’s essential. Having the right paperwork and a valid EU contact usually satisfies the basic legal requirement.
That said, we can’t support some product types due to legal complexity. If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies, feel free to reach out.

No—this service isn’t legal advice. We will just confirm that we made you aware of the incoming notice. Our service does not include representation and has a very clear scope.
