EU Shipping, Done Right (and for Less)
Base Fee & Weight Charge: These depend on whether you’re using LetterBox or BoxBox sizes. You can mix both types within the same campaign, with each priced according to its own size.
Touch Fees: The first 2 items in each package are free. After that, each item adds $0.35—products, notes, stickers, and freebies included. Touch fee is also charged for additional handeling (such as applying stickers, stuffing notes into envelopes, … )
Minimum Quantity: A minimum of 35 packages is required per shipment to qualify for bulk rates.
All pricing is calculated from Vienna to EU-based backers—so your product
needs to arrive in Vienna first.
If you’re shipping from China, sending directly to Vienna is easy and efficient. We also offer a dedicated solution through our Missouri-based LLC, which simplifies shipping to Europe (additional charges apply). We also offer other services and guidance related to fullfillment.
