We handle EU shipping and packaging, import support, and waste reporting (if needed). Standard packaging is included, but custom, oversized, or plastic-heavy packaging may cost extra.
Shipping from your manufacturer to Vienna, tracking (available for 4€/package), any applicable taxes or duties, and special packaging requests like plastic wraps or big boxes.
There is none. We work with creators of all sizes.

All shipments must first arrive in Vienna, Austria. If you’re shipping from China or the U.S., we can help make that easier. For U.S.-based creators, we also operate through a Missouri-based LLC to streamline shipping to Europe (additional charges apply.)
We ship to all EU countries, including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
We also ship to nearby European countries with no extra charge: Iceland, Norway, Monaco, and Liechtenstein.
We can also ship to San Marino, Andorra, and the Vatican, though these shipments require a small surcharge.
Yes, we ship to nearby, non-EU European countries like the UK, Switzerland, and others as an add-on, once your campaign reaches 35+ EU-region shipments. These use the same base rates, with a small export handling fee (+4€).
Yes, but these destinations use different rates and include additional export handling charges. We’re happy to quote these once your campaign qualifies for EU-region service.
We keep it simple: Price = Base Fee + Weight Charge + Touch Fees
The base fee and weight charge are based on size, as there is a reduced rate for shipments slimmer than 1 inch.

Some countries add fees for non-recyclable or single-use plastics, you read more about that here. We take care of required registrations and supply standard boxes or envelopes for the outermost layer, but the product is on you. We’re happy to help you flag any issues, just reach out early so we can suggest packaging that avoids extra fees.
Yes, pricing is locked for six months, as long as Euro and fuel prices stay within 10%.
Yes, but it costs an additional 4€ per package. It’s entirely optional.
Yes! For most product categories we can walk you through import steps, packaging laws, and labeling requirements. However, there are some categories that require expertise beyond our scope.
We recommend using a pledge manager to calculate (and ideally, manage) VAT per country. In most cases, a 2.7% duty is usually added as well, based on the total shipment value. We’ll help you plan for both.
To a very limited extent. We can pay the VAT upon import and then charge your backers one by one. Please note that this isn’t the greatest customer experience, incurs an extra charge and often leads to delays. But it is an option if you don’t want to deal with it at all.
Yes. We can hold a small quantity of extras and ship replacements if needed.
