EU Product Safety Contact for Creator Products
AlpenCrowd is a fulfillment service, not a regulatory representative. As such, We do not provide full GSPR representation. However, for certain simple, low-risk products (such as enamel pins, card decks, and small board games,… ) we can offer limited GSPR contact support as part of our fulfillment workflow.
This is strictly case by case and depends heavily on whether your manufacturer meets requirements.
What We Can Do
If your product and manufacturer qualify, AlpenCrowd can act as your EU GSPR contact for the units we handle and ship. In approved cases, we will serve as the GSPR contact listed on the product and apply the correct GSPR label ourselves
There is no separate fee for acting as the GSPR contact. However, our labeling fees apply!
What We Can Not Do
To keep creators compliant and protect everyone involved, our GSPR support follows very clear rules.
We only accept responsibility for units we have inspected, approved, labeled, and shipped ourselves. This is not an address creators can simply add to their packaging or use for multiple projects.
Eligibility depends entirely on the manufacturer’s documentation and quality standards, not just the product type. If we feel that we cannot offer representation, we will recommend a more general agent.
